Terms of Use

Sookly Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using the Sookly website and clinic communication service.

Use of the website and service

These Terms apply when you visit sookly.co, request a demo, join a guided trial, or use the Sookly service. By using Sookly, you agree to these Terms.

Sookly provides tools designed to help clinics manage messages, enquiries, staff handoff, and AI-assisted communication workflows. The service may change as the product develops.

Accounts and access

If you create or receive access to a Sookly workspace, you are responsible for keeping login details secure and using the account only for authorised clinic or business purposes.

Clinic owners and administrators are responsible for deciding who can access the workspace, what permissions staff receive, and when access should be removed.

Clinic and customer responsibility

Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of their service information, prices, opening hours, policies, staff instructions, response templates, and messages sent to patients or customers.

Clinics are also responsible for their own privacy notices, consents, record keeping, regulatory duties, and use of connected messaging platforms.

AI-assisted responses

Sookly may provide AI-assisted drafts, summaries, routing suggestions, and workflow support. These features are intended to assist clinic teams, not replace human judgement.

Clinics should review AI-assisted content before sending it where the message may affect care, pricing, booking decisions, sensitive information, or customer expectations.

No medical advice

Sookly is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.

Clinics and qualified staff remain responsible for any medical, dental, aesthetic, or healthcare-related advice or decisions shared with patients or customers.

Acceptable use

You must not use Sookly for unlawful activity, spam, deceptive messages, harassment, malware, unauthorised scraping, reverse engineering, platform abuse, or activity that interferes with service operations.

You must follow the applicable terms and policies of connected platforms such as LINE, Meta, WhatsApp, and any other communication service you connect to Sookly.

Service availability

Sookly is designed to support reliable clinic communication workflows, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Some interruptions may result from maintenance, third-party messaging platforms, hosting providers, internet connectivity, configuration issues, or events outside our control.

Intellectual property

Sookly and its website, software, design, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by Sookly or its licensors.

You retain responsibility for clinic content, approved response materials, and customer or patient information that you upload or connect to the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Sookly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the website, service, pricing, or legal requirements change. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers or make the updated Terms available.

Continued use of Sookly after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
