Steps

  1. Define the exact symptom before changing any settings.
  2. Reproduce with a fresh test message and timestamp.
  3. Check channel status, inbox mapping, and role permissions.
  4. Validate automation rules and business-hours behavior.
  5. For integration failures, inspect delivery logs and error codes.
  6. Apply one fix at a time and retest after each change.
  7. If unresolved, capture logs and contact support@sookly.co with exact reproduction steps.
